Sauce for all types of seafood including crab

What’s so special about this seafood sauce (or cocktail sauce as Davis likes to say? Well, nothing really. It’s super duper easy to make, yummy and takes less time than a trip to the store.

Even though it’s easy to go to the grocery store and buy a jar of this sauce, making your own is simple and you can add your own flavor concoction perfect to your particular tastes.  Serving the right sauce with your seafood can be the difference between a plain-Jane or a mouth watering meal. It kicks things up a notch by collaborating with and complimenting the rich and delicate flavors of the seafood.

Having control of  the ingredients and amounts allows you to get this sauce just right. If you like a bit more zip and heat then you can add more horseradish to make it suitable to your favorite flavors. Or if you need more sweetness, limit the amount of horse radish and add a little brown sugar. Experiment when your mixing until you’ve made the perfect combinations. You don’t get this control from a store bought jar and store bought is way more expensive. You could make 10 times the amount of seafood sauce for the same price.

Did I mention all the added sugar, preservatives and other ingredients I can’t spell that manufacturers add to their seafood sauce product? Well they do. If you want to have a healthy and clean body then you need to eliminate as much extra crap from your diet and you can start by making your own sauces.

Commit this recipe to your memory bank and you will never be reaching for a jar of seafood sauce at the grocery store again!
